Dafing Unlimited’s CEO and creative motor. Diego began his career in the tourism industry and quickly focused on organizing events and incentive trips. He has more than 20 years in the industry and served as President of the Association of events for the Republic of Argentina.
His worldly experience serves him as the most important tool when dealing with demanding clients. After generating countless of new experiences around the world, he discovered that distances or new itinerary items aren’t the most important parts of a trip. In fact, he understands that it’s the moments shared with others that are the most memorable. Knowing all destinations to perfection, Diego’s opinion continues to be one of the most qualified and trusted.
FERNANDO CHAGANEK
Fernando Chaganek is the General Manager of Dafing Unilimited. He has extensive experience in the tourism industry as he has been at the helm of American Express’s travel service franchise network where he served for more than 15 years.
His strength in public relations involves direct contact with clients, CEOs, directors and managers of the most important companies in the world. He strives to achieve an excellent level of empathy by being always one step ahead of the needs of guests while on their incentive trips. Fernando considers that the greatest gratification that can be received is to see at the end of the trip the true satisfaction in the eyes of the client.
